Dean advises Topher to deck old people.  It makes sense in context.  Maybe.

And Dean teases Sam and Claire about Sam's legal status.

And also their lack of a sex life. :O

Which just leads to Sam getting all defensive and threats of Dr. Sexy DVDs being destroyed.  : (

But the good Doctor himself shows up, and all is well.
