Dean teases Sam about whether he's paying off an awesome girl like Claire to be his girlfriend.  And Claire tells him about Sylar, and he lets her know they've got her back.

He also helps another Dean defend their honor.  Against Buffy and her crusade to prove Dean pouts.  Buffy offers bribes to sign her petition too, but Veronica wins when she offers Dean steak sandwiches not to.   (You too, can sign the petition to prove Dean doesn't pout!)

Buffy > angelbuffy 
Veronica > marsmarshmallow 

Cas is worried about Dean's state of mind after confronting Lucifer.

Post 5x11:  Following their argument at the end of "Sam, Interrupted", Dean and Sam hit the road again, shelving the fight for now.

Sam > hasdemonblood 

Dean banters with Jo and eggs her on about the expected prank.  She recruits help (from Buffy, even), and they keep up the pouting thing.  And then start in on teasing him about Dr. Sexy.
