Dean and Sylar tease Claire about not sleeping with Sam yet.  Dean promises Claire that he and Sam will teach her how to play poker.  He also agrees to get her a fake ID, and Sammy teases him about when he lost 40 years in a poker match.  Sam and Dean discuss Elle.

In Which:

   +  Dean finds out who Sylar is, and things get tense
   +  Claire finds out they're playing for real money.  She warns Dean not to egg on Sylar, and explains more about her past.  When she tells Dean that she's 'angry all the time', he suggests she talks to Sam.
   +  Sammy talks smack.

Poker night, as drabbled by autophoenix   XD   Despite what Dean said later, it wasn't poker he lost at.

When Sam doesn't want to check out Cameron, Dean steps in like the good brother he is.   Then the boys argue, which leads to some rough housing, and they both get a few bruises, but work out some stress.  They head to the bar, and Sam lets Dean win the race, since he got cleaned out on poker night.  Everything's fine and dandy until Sam mentions he's in love with Claire, and Dean gets his back up about it.  They argue over Sam telling her everything, and Dean reveals he's worried about her getting hurt.

Can't believe a chick beat me.

In Which: 

+  Dean meets 19 year old Jordan, and promises to get her a fake ID.
+  Dean and Tess hit it off.  As in, butt heads like crazy.  He finds out she's also from Metropolis.  There are promises of future poker, and he gives his name as Dean Rhoads.
+  Sammy gloats.  Dean makes him promise not to tell that Claire actually bested him at drinking.
+  Dean makes Claire keep it quiet too, and she gets advice from him about what lingerie to buy to impress Sam.  They talk about Elle, and Dean goes off about all the girls he's been with this week, prompting Claire to get him to somewhat open up about why he won't settle down with one woman.  She tries to convince him he's a good person, but when she mentions that Sam started the Apocalypse, he can't take it, and admits that it wasn't Sam - it was him.  He clams up quickly after that, but asks her to keep it to herself.  She says that if he ever needs to talk, he can come to her.
+  Faith gives Dean shit about losing on poker night.
+  Dean meets Brooke, who offers to let him teach her poker and then lose on purpose to cheer him up.  They make an official date for the night.
+  Sylar finds this all pretty funny.
+  Dean tries to get a drink off Jamie.

Meanwhile, Dean teases Jo who's threatening him with details about her sex life.  When he presses her, thinking she's bluffing, she appears to make up details about a hunter named Matt Browning.  Dean obviously thinks she's lying, and says he wants to meet the guy.

And much cracky fun ensues when lo and behold, Jo actually arranges a meeting between them.  XD  Dean's alpha dogs instincts rear their ugly head.
