What:  Dean meets up with Lois for drinks, following, er, this
Where:  The "Ace of Clubs", a bar in Metropolis, Kansas
When:  Tuesday, probably.  Before this Thursday's episode at least, in which Sam will no doubt have Dean committed to a clinic for sex addiction, due to his having way too much fun celebrating his birthday this week with all these pretty ladies.

It'd been a damn good week.  Good enough that when the boys swung past Metropolis, Dean figured he'd just take the dive and ask that gorgeous reporter out finally.   Sam had been on the phone with Claire when he left the hotel, and he was glad to get out of the vicinity before he caught diabetes, just listening to one sugary end of that conversation. 

Sliding into Lois' bar of choice, he immediately felt more at home, glad the place wasn't too uppity, though it was on the top floor of some penthouse, and scanned the place for her.  A satisfied smirk worked its way across his features when he saw her at the bar, and he headed that way at a casual pace, yanking at the bottom of his jacket, and cricking his neck once.  This girl had attitude, and attitude he liked.
